Dip Your Feet in the Water at the Foot of a Waterfall

Located just past Vidette Lake in the Deadman Valley is a magnificent canyon with a waterfall.  A shallow creek with a small beach area great for making a small fire and cooking lunch is located at the foot of the falls.  Their is no viewing platform to keep people away from the steep Cliffside so be cautious when bringing small children and pets to the falls.

The drive to the falls brings you through the Deadman Valley where you will pass by abandoned cabins and vehicles, an old graveyard with wooden headstones, a few small lakes and the infamous "Center of the Universe" at Vidette Lake where there are old abandoned gold mine shafts to explore.

If you drive past the falls you will come across an old abandoned homestead with a number of different buildings including a cabin, a leaning loft and an outhouse.
